If the products are damaged or broken, our team will inspect the product to reach any conclusion. We will refund the entire amount to you if the product was damaged from our side or when it was in transit. In case the product gets damaged from the customer's side at the time of usage, we declare that we will not hold any responsibility for it. If the refund is approved, it will be initiated within 2-5 days of the date-of-request.

If the return request is accepted, Our team will send you a shipping label for the return; along with it, it will also provide instructions on where and how to return the package. Items sent for the return without prior request will not be considered for return.

Issues and damages
We remain apologetic if you receive a wrong or damaged product. We encourage you to check your product at the time of delivery so that we can correct our mistakes as soon as possible.
Our team will notify you when we’ve received and properly inspected your returned product and will tell you if the refund against the damaged product is approved or not. In case approved, the payment will be transferred back through the original payment method. We request you to be patient as a refund can take some time to reflect in your account.
Order cancellations or changes
Despite our hard work to organize and process product delivery requests, some products can be challenging to cancel even if they have been approved. At any time, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons like stock unavailability, restrictions on shipping, etc. Our team will contact you in case any or all portion of the order requires additional information or is canceled due to some reason. We will start the refund process within 10 business days if we are unable to process your purchase or order.
When we receive a notice for cancellation from you and the order has still not been processed, we will refund the entire amount and cancel your purchase. Please note we will be unable to cancel your orders that have been processed to deliver and are shipped.
